Austin Garden Apartments tenancy ruined my life

Austin Garden Apartments tenancy worst mistake of my life
I lived in a one-bedroom apartment at Austin Garden Apartments for 7 years. Estelle Fernandez refuses to send me a letter of release or remove a judgment despite the fact that it was paid. An assistant at AGA called after I mailed the payment to AGA and requested my ss# saying they needed that to remove judgement from my credit record. I then received a letter from Estelle Fernandez that she wants $3,000.00 for damages to the apartment.
When I moved out every apartment being vacated (and there were many) was being totally renovated i.e. new paint, carpeting, and fixtures etc. I left this apartment in the same condition it was in when I moved in 7 years before. Please reconsider moving here and if you do be sure to do a walk through and have written signed proof of any existing conditions. Be sure to take photos when you move in and out and make another itemized list signed by Estelle when you move out. Do not even leave out one scratch on a door or chipped tile.
I was young when I lived at AGA and I did none of the above mentioned. I moved in under different management. It has had a horrible impact on where and if I can work and where I can live since that day. Please do not make the same mistake I did. There are lots of great places to live in Austin, this is not one of them. $33K paid in rent and all I have to show for it is a ruined life.Owner of record is Binkley Fidge you can try writing him at Binkley Fidge 2009 Makiki St Honolulu, HI 96822.This is an apartment complex that he recently obtained building permits for perhaps the manager of these apartments will forward mail to him.Don't forget the local Better Business Bureau and Texas State Attorney General as well they both have online dispute options.Austin Tenants Council has resources and legal assistance also.
