I will be very brief. After living here for the last 13 years or so, I just recently noticed some very dishonest comments here about Austin Garden Apts... and that had just prompted me to participate myself.

The most important fact for a future tenant would be a recent (all year 2007 and still ongoing) complete property renovation .. very nice and refreshing job.
While the basic construction is of older built, everything possible is routinely being done to improve the conditions, and fix the problems.

The property is regularly kept clean, and the swimming pool is simply the cleanest I've seen on any property so far, outstanding !

The price & location are hard to beat (and always were..!)

The current Office crew/ stuff, lead by an excellent long time manager, is the best ever assembled, caring, and very reasonable, with excellent maintenance crew to boot.

Ofcourse, you may sometimes find a problem or two, as it happens in everyday life, but I am yet to find a problem here at AGA that would make me leave this place.

I will always recommend AGA to anyone, and can also personally answer anyone's questions if needed.
I can be easily found ...I'm not going anywhere anytime soon. :-)
