I didn't live in this complex, I lived in the fourplexes on the opposite side of a fence.
These apartments are trashy looking and the residents are total trash.
Great view from my bedroom window of these peoples balconies, which weren't clean and covered in trash.
The people living across from me were yelling and fighting at all hours of the day and night.
They had to be disturbing other residents of the complex, but they never got kicked out.
It's pretty bad when the same people are creating disturbances and don't get evicted - shows a total lack of caring on the behalf of the management.
Even called the police because of the noise, two hours later they still hadn't shut up and no police had shown up.
Called the police again and said they were still waiting for a car in the area to respond - come on now, this is east Riverside, there's always ten cops out on patrol.
Anyway, I wouldn't live here or anywhere near this complex.
And the problem only got worse on holidays when the booze came out.

WELL I am sorry about your misfourtune but i guess you dont have the money to afford to live somewhere spectacular. If you never lived there how do you know that the management wasn't doing their job. i have seen the duplexes around there and believe me they are not worth writing home about. i think if you are going to give a review you should stop and think about what it is you are writing about.iI hope you do better with yourself and maybe you can buy a house or something or even better become an officer since you know where all the crime and noisy people reside.
