I just signed a 6 month lease with this place and it's ok. I am a full time student and was not able to move into your typical yuppie 700 a month complex. The apartment is a good size compared to others that I looked at at 640 sq feet, the rent is a good price range, everyone is really helpful, and it is all gas that is paid for. As far as the neighborhood, most of the people in the complex are working class types and stay to themselves. The surrounding neighborhood is not that great but I haven't had any problems.
