I am middle of the road at this apartment community. I think it's going downhill management wise. Kim is great in the office but there's ALWAYS turn over in staff, especially maint staff! The apartment was clearly not cleaned when I moved in or painted etc...the size and location of the apartment is great and the noise is very minimal!
The grounds could be kept up a lot better. The main sign for the apartments was knocked down several months ago and has still not been replaced. The "volleyball court" is more of a cat litter box, wouldn't recommend it! It is not well lit either. I have been here a while but will not stay, I don't like where this place is going. It is very quiet though and close to shopping! Thanks for reading! Happy apartment hunting!
