I have lived here for many years and I cant tell you how many managers we had until Kim. She has been here for a couple of years now and I have never been happier. I always see her working here and there on the property, not just in the office. She is out maintaining the volleyball court, the lawns, everything. Yeah, it takes time to get maintenance done, but with the lack of other staff, I guess that is going to happen. Kim, you are doing a great job, but you cant do it all by yourself. Hire a maintenance staff. OWNERS: PAY THEM. YOU HEARD OF "BUILD IT AND THEY WILL COME..." PAY THEM AND THEY WILL STAY. AND GIVE KIM A RAISE SHE ABSOLUTELY DESERVES IT! g-hKOS7s4Nq5n3hEIpHd
