I had written a post dated on 7/2/2005, and wanted to affirm that I believe the management team does a great job! Both Kim and Dayna are total sweethearts, very genuine, sincerely professional, and listen to your needs. I read a recent comment/post that was not very nice so I decided to write another post and affirm that these two ladies are wonderful and work hard!

I am leasing a beautiful 1 bedroom/ 1 bathroom apartment at $675.00 and am loving it! The location is great, and I do not hear too much noise from my neighbors above or below me. If you are looking for a higher end apartment, that is close to all shopping centers, and is a small complex (150 units or less), I would highly recommend the Austin Trails Apartment. It feels and looks more like a home/town house than it does an apartment complex. Most of my college friends, and other gals/friends/relatives who hang out are so jealous and want to lease an apartment at Austin Trails!

Also, please fix the from entry security gates! They stay open all of the time (all night) when they are supposed to be closed after 7:00 p.m., and some of us paid a good price to purchase the gate opener! Had I known, I would not have wasted my money. I have lived here for almost two months, and the gates are still open at night. Please fix this!
