Let me start off by stating that the individual poster who commented on "hispanic gang-bangers" in a November 2006 posting is an intellectually deficient idiot/bigot. Clearly racism and bigotry is still prevalent and let me assert that this is coming from a hispanic girl who is working on two Master's degrees at a prestigious university and is a Vice President of an emerging business. Need I say more.

I've lived here for a while, and enjoy the beautiful spacious apartment and square footage. The grounds are always kept nice and I am glad that the carports were installed. People with money (like me) can easily afford it, and there are plenty of spaces that are still available for rent. I think the price is only $35.00. The community is very quiet, with the exception of the rude tenants who reside above me who stomp on purpose because they have no class or good etiquette. But, oh well...it comes with the territory when you don't own your own house and have to resort to the apartment life.

Maintenance is great, and they tend to things in the same day or twenty-four hours. I am very pleased with the maintenance team. I was, however, upset when the management team falsely gave me an eviction notice when I paid my rent on time. It was erroneous because they did not check their night drop-off box when I placed it in there on time. I felt like they were very eager to kick a good tenant out, a tenant with a perfect rent-paying record (17 months) for their error!

That error is my only complaint, especially knowing that I am an educated professional who can afford the rent, is in Grad School and has held several prestigious jobs (politics, executive-level positions) for being so young. It was certainly a humiliating experience because they could have had the decency to call me, or knock on my door since they know that I've never been late and am a five-star tenant! Especially since it was their error. No one ever called me and apologized. Oh well.

I love the complex. I highly recommend it to young professionals like myself who are looking for beautiful, spacious apartments with large balconies. And no, there are no gang-bangers here, just a few prejudice individuals who are hateful towards --------- (refer to an earlier post in Nov 2006).
