Look like some damage control going on after nov post. That post did seem to be unfair in some ways, but since then posters have posted very positive review in defence of trails apts, but if you read the detail, you can see they have complaints to. So lets get real...
I checked with APD (you can to) and yes there were family disturbance and gun shot reported back in november, the elroys were here 4am. I haven't seen real bangers, just wangers, but I'v seen some idiots and thumpers, austin is for weird, not for idiots.
The nov post hated ignorance, not --------. I'm black and educated, and I hate ignorant -------- too, and ------, and whites, and jews, and whatever, the point is, hate people for the right reason if you got to hate, hate their ignorance. Dont' hate for color, because not all black folk are the same and we don't look the same either. It's the attitude that matters, my n'gr's are janky, my bloods are folk.
I got myself out of the hood and away from the idiots the posts are talk'n about, the difference is how folk are, do they remember they living next to others and that most crash around 10 or 11, and like it quiet at night..don't honk after 9. The one ripper with the high and mighty education and executive career(why is she in apts then') said it herself, the neighbors suck sometimes, but what do you expect.
My experience with management and what others say, is that they are good and friendly, and maintenance is good also, which is rare for apts.
But parking is a problem, they screwed up the asphalt jobs recently, which was a real hassle, and the outside is nicer than the inside, I never heard anything about them selling the place' But roomy apts and good floorplans, and price is right. But again, some of the newer people are mo'jiv than when I moved in 2 years ago. It has gotten worse in the last 2 years, but its still better than most places.
