Ive lived here about 6 months and let me be the first to say this is a diamond in the rough. This small community is the best place ive ever lived. And seeing as how there are only 2 managers on this property "Brad & Kristy" they do an absolutely amazing job of making sure everybodys needs are met to the highest standards. Also the maintance staff is great if you have any problems "which there arent" the maintentance staff responds within the hour. I reccomend this property to anyone who is looking for a nice down to earth, friendly, quite, safe community

Safe? This place is thug central. I'm not saying that there are illegals here, but if you shout 'la migra', we're talking a mass exodus. I love these reviews. The management should spend their time helping us with all the crap that happens here, but their too busy writing reviews.
