I have lived at Worthing Hills for a few years and I was able to put up with things until a year ago. When management decided to give concessions, they totally ripped people off. I was told that I would be given concessions of about $60 per month; which is good. But I was told that "For the 1st month of the new lease, you cannot be late. If you are late that month, you will lose the entire concession." But the truth was, "If you are late on any month, you lose that concession where your rent goes up by $60 plus $25 late fee and $10 each day after". Also, they go over the late fees limit trying to gouge you for more money. There were several residents that didn't know the exact truth about the concessions and were lied to about it. Maintenance is horrible and the office will lose your rent money and expect you to pay again. Only to find it mysteriously hours or days later.
