Management is terrible about property maintenance. Emergency water problems QUITE frequent/water has to be shut off at least 4 times per month. Property had foundation problems the WHOLE time I've lived here and are just now being repaired. My A/C leaks on any given day and it's like pulling teeth to get maintenance to fix it. I alos would get random notes put on my door telling me things like 'water bill past due. please pay $46.00'The water bill hadn't even arrived for the month yet, AND there is no way in hell a 1 br, single person apt w/o a washer/dryer should ever be $46.00...
