Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2008
I have lived here for 6 years with my family and I just had to renew my lease. We were going to buy a house but the loan fell thru and the office let us stay in our apartment at the last minute and gave the other person a differentt apartment to occomadate us. The management changed several years ago and have painted the place, worked on the parking lots and fixed my patio. It's not a high end complex but the rent is good, very close to downtown, my kids schools and HEB! I will say to be picky if you decide to stay here and stay on top of your work orders!
