dont rent here : waste of money

Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2008
first you are told that a studio is 460.00 a month and every month you end paying about $515.00 because of "water bills". the a/c sucks, now they threat winth raising rents to everybody because "property damage and trash: graffti on fence" , that looks enough for this people to punish every tenant.
dont rent here ever, as son as my contract is due im moving.
