I lived here for only three months, and I'm fairly glad I left when I did. Everything was in working order, but shouldn't that be expected rather than a selling point' I never had a problem with management. They didn't seem stupid, only slow because their jobs are by nature fairly sluggish and uneventful. The complex is pretty well kept, but it gets so dark at night that I couldn't help but glance over my shoulder obsessively when returning home after 8pm. Proximity to UT shuttle stop and HEB are noteworthy. The area suffers from a pollution cloud that seems to float from central Austin / east Austin and stay down by this area. CABLE is fully paid, which I found quite nice, and for the space you get, the price is pleasing. If you're not a stickler for new, modern, lush comfort, and you'd rather save money than have a posh pad, then why not at least check them out' They probably won't be your first choice, but they might not be your last.
