I think this place is fantastic! The maintenance is always taken care of most expeditiously. The staff people are always nice. The rent is MOST reasonable. There is a very good security service (good at keeping rowdy neighbors in line) and FREE CABLE! It's very convenient to the UT shuttle and other Austin bus lines. I love it!
