I lived here for a year, and am so glad I'm out of there. This is not a place to live if you are looking for quiet. This is not a place to live if you are anything buy hispanic. I'm not a racist person, but I felt disciminated against, because I was white. The office girl, not the manager, was NEVER nice to me. Always seemed to be put out by my questions and maintenence requests. When I moved in, the area seemed quaint, but eventually turned dirty, cluttered, and way too many unsupervised children running around. Left this property and moved to Shoreline. Was treated like a equal, not a burden. I'll never lease at Autumn Hills again, and all of my friends there moved out as well.
