Within the first week I moved in I had a noise complaint at 3 pm (rediculous) Because strangely enough I wasn't even there at the time. A second time I was blamed for loud music and I don't even own a stereo. They then tried Charge me for making noise that our neighbors were making. Miraculously as soon as they moved out, the complaints against us stopped. The management even tried to lie straight to my face when I was addressing an issue with the gate (which ends up open all night many times) and they tried to tell me it was closed when even at that second it was broken! They were very unprofessional even as I was being calm about our issues, they treated me as a burdon, and yes I do think they are racist. They even tell us they put notices on our door about the lease going up, yet I have never recieved anything of the sort. There is a horrible stream of water that runs down the parking lot that I have to leap across every time I leave the apt. It is disgusting with mold and all kinds of things growing in it.
DO NOT LIVE HERE, it is cheap but you get what you pay for. It is disguisting and a complete headache to live here. Did I mention you can hear every bit of noise that is going on outside' whether it be loud cars playing music or people talking loud, very bad sound insulation, I don't know how they think they can try and charge people for being loud when you can't even tell where the noise is coming from most of the time.
