I lived at the complex for 12 years. The main problem I had was with the constantly changing management. Just when you got used to one manager, a new one came along. Most were easy to work with, but none did things the same way. The rent changes constantly. During my time there my rent was as much as $720.00 per month (during the housing shortage) and as little as $535.00 per month (after my 10th year). When I first moved in, they used to have reserved parking for long-term residents (over 5 years). A practice that was sorely missing once I reached my 5th year. The Free Cable was a great selling point as was the inexpensive electricity (My last month's bill was under $70.00). Overall, not the best or safest place to live, but much better than the complexes around it. Security gate was a plus, but by now, everyone has the gate code and do not use their keycards. If you live in the four-plex portion (not by the pool), the only shared walls are in the kitchen, which is very nice, but you can hear people barelling up and down the stairs,
