I recently used Shone Syring with City Wide Realty to help me find my new home. He listened to my story and worked with me to find a place. He said "It's on the eastside of Riverside but I think you'll like it"... He brouht me to The Arbors, next door to Autumn Hills. I was shocked at first because the place looked scary from the street, but I quickly learned the entire complex is undergoing a renovation and when I saw the interior of the unit is was VERY SUPRISED. I got a great 1 bedroom, 700sq, with vaulted ceiling and fireplace and they are installing a brand new swimming pool right outside my apartment. Atha and Esther in the office made the entire moving experience a joy. They are both seasoned rental professionals that will work with you and find just the right place for you to call home. I recommend this place with TWO THUMBS UP... and did I mention I'm only 1/2 mile away from downtown!! UNBELIEVABLE and with what I've see of the renovations this place is going to be real cute and a HOT HOT HOT place to call home!
