Management Turnover is Constant, They don't have a clue

Vandalism on the grounds seem to occur on a regular basis. They removed the coke machines because of this. Police helicopters with search lights fly over the complex at least once a month.
Parking is terrible. There aren't enough spaces, car ports or garages. The trash dumpster is way out back. The pool is too small for the number of people that use it. The maintainance on the pool needs help. The pool is usually closed on Monday because it is overloaded on the weekends and they don't seem to take care of it over the weekend. The apartment layout is kind of strange with lots of weird angles wasting space. Top floors have a fireplace but who needs a fireplace in Austin' There isn't very good sound insulation between units either. Anytime neighbors watch movies or play music slightly above a whisper you'll hear it. They jacked up the rent during our second lease renewal so we got the heck out of there and now we couldn't be happier.
