Not perfect but classier than most.

I've been at Avendaro for almost two years now and I like it. It's different from the typical boxy apartment buildings - tile roofing, trees and a running trail through the woods around it. It's different inside too - stone tiling in the kitchen, large appliances, cherry wood colored cabinets, large windows.
There are the usual annoyances of renting: limited parking, the rent goes way up after your introductory period, thin walls and a variety of neighbors, some of them noisy or inconsiderate. And there are some more than usual annoyances: 60 day notice for vacating, a constant stream of unecessarily nasty legalese messages from the management. Only two garbage disposals neither one convenient to most people. But on the whole, the place is safe. Management is fairly nice. And the place is classier than most apartment complexes. It's worth taking a look.
