I've lived at avendaro for about 18 months now and am planning onn living here for about 6 more. Luckily i live by the pool so i havent had to deal with the parking disaster like everyone else. ( dont know why but we've never really had parking probs by the pool). I like avendaro because it's safe and generally quiet. There arent many young people having loud parties which is good. Again i live by the pool yet its still pretty quiet. The "amenities" arent my cup of tea, the free coffee is gross and the hours for the pool table and tv's dont really accomidate the working persons schedule. I havent really had to deal with the office staff oo much but when i have they are pretty nice and helpful. The landscaping is great, they have a company out there every friday and work all day. The pool area is great for small parties pool is pretty nice, i wish the hot tub was bigger. But overall i think the place is great!
