I have lived here for about 18 months. Luckily I have pretty decent neighbors so I don't hear too much noise. I am in the back of the complex so I don't have too much traffic going by either. The trash compactor does get to be a problem on the weekends. By Saturday it seems to be overflowing and by Sunday it is just disgusting. I have a garage so I don't have to worry about parking, but I can see where other residents would have a problem. The apartment is still settling so I have a few cracks in my walls and tile floors, but overall I am happy with my place. I recently had an emergency maintenance request on a Saturday and had to wait for the "on call" maintenance man to get there. He finally showed up about 4 hours later. Every time I am in the front office the staff is different. I still don't have a clue who the manager is, and I am hoping that she wasn't the rude lady sitting behind her desk in the office that was ignoring me. With the exception of the "on call" maintenance and and office staff, it is a pretty decent place to live.
