Gets worse by the day. Cannot wait till my lease expires and I can get out! Grounds stay littered, office staff is very rude, the noise level is unbelievable! The walls must be less than a 1/4" thick because you can hear your neighbors sneeze! Do not plan on getting any sleep if you move here, seriously.
I will say the floorplans are a nice size and prices are fair. But, it still is not worth having to deal with constant noise, uncaring office staff and no sleep.

Has the parking improved any? I lived there a year ago and we literally had to park in the next complex over and walk.

It gets worse by the week. Now we are starting to have abandoned vehicles taking up very needed spaces. I'm having to park 2 buildings over from where I live and at night, with the "strange" people that have moved in, it's very scary! Hurry up lease ending!!!!
