Where do I start'
The first week I got here, someone tried to steal my neighbor's car in broad daylight.
There seems to be quite a lot of crime here that may be attributed to the fact that the gate never works and there's no security.
Parking is inadequate. You have to walk a long way, it's dark and it feels unsafe. There are lots of shady people living here.
The place is always trashed.
There are loud parties that go on through the night.
There's a big bug problem.
The apartments are falling to pieces. I've had maintenance out to work on the same thing 3 times.
The management are the worst I've ever seen. They don't care. You tell them about the maintenance issues, the noise, the bugs, the crime, they just shrug.
I've heard they really try and stiff you when you move out.
They try and charge for the crappy carpets.
When I move out I'll let you know if they stiff me.
I've lived in a lot of apartment complexes in Austin - THIS IS THE WORST.
Good reviews are management reviews. Trust me, they aint busy fixing the problems at this place.
Do not live here, it's a real dump.

It's maybe not as bad as the above review would suggest, but it's still pretty bad. It's not a great place for me as a single woman because of the all the crime that seems to go on. The gate is always broken and I notice a lot of strange cars driving around at night. I don't like walking with my dog at night. The lighting is bad and forget about parking near your apartment if you don't pay for a parking spot. The management are bad. I don't think anyone would say any differently in that regard. They are a real pain in the ass to work with. If you move here pray you don't have any problems. You will lose your deposit if you live here. I've had several friends move from here and they all had to pay. They will make you pay for that crappy carpet. This place will leave a real nasty taste in your mouth.

i agree i actually worked in the office and had to put in my two weeks notice because charlotte was the worst manager to work for, first off she never showed up half the time and if she did she was only there for a couple hours. she literaly pushed all her work on to everyone else, and to top it off she never even cared about any of the residents she was more concerned about scamming the company itself if that tells you anything i think now in the office its all temps so good luck with getting anything done now
