I have been living here for about 8 months and it was not until recently that I have had any negative comments. When I first arrived, any maintenance concerns were quickly resolved. I was able to park within yards of my building. Trash was taken out. The building was quiet. Now, especially since the dumpster issue (see the previous post if you are not familiar with this), residents leave trash bags in front of their doors for days. I worry that this will attract bugs and animals. Nothing is done about the trash bags sitting in the hallways. Also, at my building, people consistently park in the handicap parking spot overnight. They must understand that it is not lawful or appropriate because they move thier cars in the morning. I have been woken up in the middle of the night by neighbors having parties and screaming foul language. However, none of that is what really bothers me. I got a notice that my rent would expire in about two months. I called the office and left a message to speak with someone. A week later I went in and left a message and was told that someone would get back to me. Weeks later I went in again and was told the same thing. It took two months and at least 5 contacts to actually speak with someone. At that point it was too late and I was forced into renew on a month-to-month basis. Due to this I had been in the office a number of times trying to sort this out. Then, I found out my lease had a mistake (the price per month was listed less than the actual rent should have been, so I had been paying more than my lease stated). I returned to see if anything could be done about crediting my account and the response I got from the manager was, "I don't want to deal with you right now." I was hoping for/expecting more of a "I'm sorry that you're in this situation, but there's nothing we can do."

While the overall experience could have been worse (they could have been better, too), the last few months really prevent me from recommending this to anyone.

BUGS!!! Oh my gosh, we now have roaches. My freakin neighbor won't take out there trash and oh my gosh I am so freaked out. My lease is up in 4 months and I am moving. This place is a crapheap. I have roaches. I am so super clean. I can only think that the mountain of trash outside my neighbors door has attracted them. Add to that the ant problem and the maintenance problems and as I mentioned in a previous review the real bad parking problem. I went up and told the management. Oh, we have pest control on Wednesdays. Today is Friday. I have to wait 5 freakin days before someone will come and get the bugs. I am so moving. I can't wait to get out of here. This place is so ghetto.

I must live in a different complex, yes, the dumpster is an issue, but Ive not seem trash in the halls. If I did, I would call the office immediately. I do see a problem with trash piling up in front of the dumpster, but have you noticed the one at the complex next door, now that they moved ours to the back of the property, the other side just piles them up in front of theirs instead of ours, so it has improved some. I had a small ant problem, groundskeepers sprayed the next day. As far as handicapped parking, that is a non-issue, and I am handicapped. During office hours, I call the office and they contact the owners and it is moved. During non-office hours I call a tow service and its gone in less than an hour, and word gets out quick. It is our responsibilty to make sure people understand the importance of those little handicapped signs. The management is not the greatest, they dont seem to know their job, but honey, I have lived in the ghetto, and the problems here are far less than you can imagine there. At least I can walk my dog without fear of being shot or mugged, and can leave lawnchairs and plants on my balcony for more than an hour without them being stolen, and can invite friends over without an armed guard. If your not happy, move. I love my apartment.

You do live in a different complex. Like the management would live at this dump. Sucka, please.
