Please don't be misled by the sales talk and masked hospitality. This place is in trouble. The staff changes are consistant and the property management company is based in New York, so what does that tell you.

Yeah, they are so nice when you move in, aren't they? The place looks good but the apartments are very cheaply built that everything seems to fall apart. My neighbor is another one of those trash hoarders. I know it's a long walk to dump trash but he could go up there more than once a week. The bug problem is freaking me out. My neighbor is having the same problem. We complain and complain about the trash, the dog crap everywhere, the maintenance issues, the parking, the police being there nearly every night, but it does no good. The people in NY have no idea what is going on here. If they did, heads would roll and competent people employed.

I HAVE LIVED HERE FOR OVER A YEAR AND I AM THINKING OF CALLING IT QUITS THIS PLACE IS CRAZY AND SO ARE THE PEOPLE WHO WORK HERE!
