love this place as u notice every1 complaning is complaining about move out procedures because they dont know how a contract works...get over yourselves. life here is good. been here since november and havent had any complaints yet. parking is perfectly fine apartments are in great shape and that idiot who said these apartments are ghetto has no idea what the word means if they think this place is not at all ghetto. the surrounding homes are anywhere from 250,000-$2.5 million. i mean really come on. i list my rent as 920 but i got 2 months free and if you do the math that is around 740 a month.

this is obviously a managment review, how about you get off you fat a$$ and do your job! oh wait.. thats just to hard for you isnt it, honestly u should be working at a damn wendys, i had no idea that the manager was supposed to be awful and run every tenant off! Holy ---- where have i been? everyone in the office is so immature and unprofessional! i cant wait to leave!

The management hillbilly that wrote this review forgot to offer to give prospective tenants the tour. Who but management would talk about getting 2 months free, etc. Yes, there are expensive homes around here. NONE of them are occupied by people on SECTION 8. Nor are they filled with ILLEGALS. The area isn't ghetto, dumba$$, this crappy apartment complex is. Women, when you're walking the long walk from where you park your car at night to your apartment, please, please, please be careful. There are dangerous people here. There's a reason the POLICE ARE HERE ALL THE TIME!!!!

Ok so I wrote this review in November And no it's not a management review I will say I worked In leasing in maryland a few years ago so I may know what management goes through with dumb ass tenants but I work I'm wireless sales couldn't be further then sentinel management staff again I love this place couldn't be happier. You complainers must have so little going for you in life if you see everything as a negative.

The Nabisco moron is another fake a$$ management reviewer, obviously. God knows which one, cause they change so often I couldn't identify one of the management here in a line up. This place is ghetto. I'm sick fed up of stepping in dog poop on my long trek to my apartment from where I parked my car. This place sucks.
