Is anyone else concerned about their water bill'''' I'm paying $50 for me and my son and we're hardly ever home and when we are we're not constantly running the water. WTF!!'' I've complained to the office and all management could say is I pay the same thing and there isn't anything we can do about it! used to live a couple of complexes over and only paid $28-35 for water. This is BS!!!

Hell, I had a $140 water bill for 3 plus a baby. I know they're skimming something off the top. What about Pedernales and having a non refundable admin fee? This place screws you every which way. And are they ever going to clean the place. I'm embarrassed to live here.

The water is a rip-off! PEC is too. Every time you move they charge $75 just to flip on a switch!? IT IS ridiculous...they deserve to be sued. I am so tired of sweeping my balcony and front doorway because the landscapers come in and just blow the leaves right back! I just moved in recently and I'm already ready to leave!

I thought I was the only one who was concerned about the water bill. It is just me and my son as well and we pay $50 . The electric is terrible as well. It is May 4th. My last bill was $198. I can only imagine what the next 3 to 4 months are going to be.
