Front office staff change almost monthly they never know what is going on they run around with sticks up their asses especially the --- guy that works up there that started working like yesterday. They charge you if they have to clean your apartment when you move out ON TOP OF keeping your security deposit. Good luck getting that back!I sure hope they would clean my apartment before I moved in but no there was hair in the bathroom drawers and the shower was horrible! I find spiders all the time I request almost daily that they spray for bugs but they never do! Their "on site car wash" is a joke! It is a hose and a vacuume that you have to pay for!!! They have only ONE dumpster in the ENTIRE complex. Parking is a nightmere! Walls are PAPER THIN (I can here the guy behind me snoring every night!) Management is a joke!!! Matienance has entered my apartment countless times without knocking! The pool is discusting (there is only ONE in the entire complex) And you have to buy a clicker for access into the "free" "24 hour" fitness area. If it breaks you better buy another one. Their "gift wrapping" station is NEVER stocked. The people at the front sold my covered parking space that I bought and still pay for. They are just a JOKE. Go to Tintara they are SUPPER nice with GREAT staff and some complexes have fenced in privacy yards!! They are cheaper too!

iI agree not everyone can afford a house thats why we have to rent. but for as much as we pay we should receive better ammenties and services. The hose should not be called a car wash it should be called a hose. the 50 cent vacuum i could also get at a gas station. there should be more dumpsters not just one that over flows. and no the gift wrapping station is not always stocked at all. the office told me for a month that i did not have a christmas package from my mom. The last time i checked the lady said it was about time i came and got it it had been sitting up there for a month. everyday that i asked they said i i hadnt received one. ilve had my id stolen from my mail along with a computer charger and gift cards. two days ago i had to get matenance to unlock my door and they let my dad in without any id or name without telling me. they had never seen my dad before so essentially any man could say his daughter lived there and they would just let him walk right in. THAT makes me feel SAFE.. And parking is to a nightmere! you must get home before10 pm because after 10 NO SPOTS are open. Oh and apparently I had been paying too much for rent and they didnt let me know for five months. I was paying the ammount for my apartment plus covered parking that the lady told me for five months before they said a word! I am so glad my lease ends on the 31st! I wish I would of chosen tintara or sontara apartments! do not lease here!

Ok, this is a ridiculous review. I've been here since December 08 and while I have lived at better complexes, this one is not THAT bad. The hose for the car wash is free and the vaccuum is 50 cents. How can you complain about that?? You spend much more than that at a regular car wash!! The staff has changed quite a bit, but who is dealing with them on a daily basis? Not me. I've had maintenance come out and they always knock before trying to come in on their own, so I'm not sure what this lady is talking about.. maybe they had already tried knocking? I have used the gift wrapping station twice and it was well stocked both times. I consider that a great perk - it's less money out of my pocket. I have to admit that I was VERY unhappy about having to buy an opener for the gym. That is definitely unneccesary and it should be changed. The outside bathrooms were always locked, but they recently changed that. The pool is small for the whole complex and people are always smoking out there. I wish there was a no smoking policy especially with kids around. I do hate that when the landscaping people come out that they just blow everything around and my balcony and doorway end up dusty and dirty and I always have to end up cleaning it up on my own. I have had to get pest control several times due to spiders, etc. The nice thing is the floor plan. It's spacious and I really like it. The master bed/bathroom are nice and roomy. The kitchen is big and and the w/d is included. I must have ok neighbors since I really can't hear much unless they're hammering something or the upstairs kid is running around- not too bad. The parking isn't too bad unless you get home late. And the covered parking is ridiculously overpriced. Other than that, this is JUST like any other community. YOU LIVE AN APARTMENT people!!! If you can't take it, buy a house!!

Again, I will say to the one that states "YOU LIVE IN AN APT PEOPLE!!!! IF U CAN'T TAKE IT, BUY A HOUSE!!! Well I wish I would have. I would be much better off. I thought that the bills would not be as high in an apt. But my water bill is 90 and my elec is 270 . That is way out of what is normal and acceptable. I don't care what anyone says. It is just my son and I and like I have written on here before, we travel a lot and rarely use the dishwasher or the washer and dryer. We are scared to death to turn on the AC because of the high bills and being from Alaska we are miserable! So again, keep you suggestions to yourself! And one more thing... not everyone has the ability to just "go buy a house"!

Sherrieak, I run my a/c at 66 degrees at night, and keep my computer on 24/7. I simply turn off lights and use the basic tips to conserve energy, I have never had a bill over 150. Yes I agree water is high. But rent is reasonable, so its a wash. Why dont you look into leasing a duplex or house, maybe you will be happier, but I doubt it.
