If you are that miserable here, leave already! It's miserable people complaining all the time that makes this world a more difficult place to live in. Fix your issues and stop complaining! Seems some people are just miserably content in their lives. Anyway, so far I have had a great experience working with the Avendaro staff. Drew has been great and very helpful and the others I met in the front office were very friendly. The grounds are pretty and the apartments are great!

Future tenants you see for your self what the office management people say to their tenants. Once you sign their lease then this is there attitude. Ask how many managers Avendaro has gone through. Six in one year.
