Good, economic place to live on the north side of town

I have had only positive experiences at Balcones Club.
The rent is one of the cheapest in town (especially for 1 bedrooms with washer dryer connections).
The apartments are good size (mine is 710 SqFt) and seem to be good quality.
I have never had a problem with noise or neighbors.
I have not had too many maintenance problems, but when I have, they have been fixed the same day or day after.
I have never had to ask twice.
The pool is kept clean...there was a hot tub, but it was closed off...don't know what happened there.
The grounds are kept up as well.
I would stay here for another year, except that I am studing at UT next fall and need something closer to campus.
But for the north side of town, I would definitely recommend Balcones Club to anyone.
