I found Balcones Club Apartments to be a great place to live. I relocated here in September 03 and am moving closer to work when my lease expires in April 05.

Every maintenance request has been resloved within 24 hours. Residents are polite. Noise has not been a problem (and I have a ground level apartment). Parking is good and I love the washer/dryer in the apartment. I have used the fireplace and loved it!

Since hwy 183 construction has been completed, it is a lot easier to get in and out.

The pool and grounds are kept clean and attractive. All of my experience has been positive and I'm looking to see if Equity Apartment manages another community closer to my work.
