Living in these apartments were horrible. There was a horrible smell in the carpet in apartment. Managment cleaned it 3 times but it was still smelling foul. Someone must have had a pet who left feces under the carpet. When I moved, management came for a walk through and was trying to charge me for a pet. He said he smelled it. I had to remind him that I did not have a pet and that this was the same smell they had tried to clean out. The heating element broke and I had an unusually large light bill...400.00 plus for 2 months. Management said loft apartment heating bill run high. There were rats in the apartment. Sneaky rats. Managment put out sticky traps and sneaky rats avoided them but kept bo boing on my desk. uggg! They continue to crawl on my desk and left rat feces. This is nasty! You can hear the noise of traffic on research.
