I've been here for a couple of months- the leasing staff is nice and from what I can tell, at least mildly competent. They haven't botched anything yet. I like my apartment and the only noise I've heard from my neighbors is when they run their shower.
The pool and fitness center are small, but If you don't care about those things, it works. Keep in mind that when you see a state of the art pool and gym, you're paying for it even if you don't use it.
The complex was built in '84 and the units were originally condos, so the walls are thick and the structure is good. They installed new burbur carpet and a new stove. While the closets are tiny and the cabinets smell a little like old wood, I have enjoyed my stay so far.
The prices are also quite reasonable.
