I have to say, I heard not so many good things about balcones club apartments, although I really think it is an alright place to live. Every problem I have had with my apartment has been corrected. I transfered to a bigger apartment from a smaller one in this complex about 6 months ago and had no issues. I have to admit my apartment I moved out of was not in the condition it was when I moved in ( not horable but not great either) and I got my refundable depoits back! Sure, you can always have a loud neighbor but that can happen in any apartment complex. EVERY moring the whole matience crew picks up litter and dog pooh. I have lived in other aparments and I am not a hard to please person but I really feel like I am getting a good deal for the location and problems are all addressed ASAP. It sounds like some of the crappy reveiws are from people who wouldn't be happy if the apartments came with a personal maid service and butler. For this area this is the best deal around.
