Good Luck Finding a parking spot most nights! The spots are not numbered and are the managers don't care. My wife has to walk at night forever to get from a parking spot she can find, to the apartment. It's not safe. They even allow junk cars to sit for weeks and months at a time. The insulation is poor in these apartments. Look to have a really high electric bill if you use the heater or the air conditioner even moderately. Frankly the complex treats you as if you didn't matter. "Well it doesn't matter if you don't like it, too bad, your in contract, and if you move out, there will be others to take your place."

Gasp! I am a bit shocked by this comment. Since my husband and I also live at this complex and have for 2.5yrs. I work VERY crazy shifts and can come home at 4pm or 4am, 11p, 9pm, 1am, 530pm okay I think you get the point and although the spots aren't assigned, I have NEVER had to hunt for parking or park farther than 2 car spaces away from my door. Yes, really. and I have not felt threatened or in fear for my safety. I for one enjoy living here, and I do agree on the high electric bills but then again the other apartments in the area are about the same so I figure it's worth the price for the size and area. Thanks for reading.

I live here as well, There is about 1/2 to 1/3 of the complex that has ample parking, the rest of the complex has a very poor parking situation. Stay away from houses that back up to the golf course if you are concerned with parking.
