I have been living at BCA for over a year. I'm completely satisfied. I never had problems with the staff because they were always helpful. I feel very safe especially with my 2 year old daughter playing outside. It would be nice to have a play area just for little kids through, but in the mean time there is always the park.
Over all BCA is a reasonable, safe, and great place to live.
