I'm living here now and most things are great... but when you go to the office avoid debby at all costs. She is hard to deal with. I have called in on several occasions and have only had horrible conversations with her, including one yesterday where she put me on hold hastily and comes back, screaming "DO WHAT NOW'''" at me. Horrible customer service, unable to help with most everything, and most of all: Doesn't care. She obviously hates her job and the residents are nothing but a bother to her. She's abrasive, short with you, and unprofessional.

The price is a little high, but at least MOST of the units are getting upgrades.

Yea seriously.. I heard Debby got caught urinating on someones couch when they had a disagreement.. I don't even know what that's about. I've heard nothing but bad things about this place

I heard that if tennants complain to corporate in writing something will be done. We should not have to put up with her unprofessional, unkempt, undesirable manner/demeanor. SHE IS DEMEANING. I refuse to deal with her any longer. WE all deserve far better treatment. WE are paying her salary so think about THAT next time you receive less than satisfactory results when being forced to talk to her about something. And what the heck is up with no one being in the office on the weekends? If she is supposed to be there, she is NOT. When I called the office my call went to the auto system and then the next day which was Sunday, there was a sign on the door saying out on property. Whoever is here on the weekends must be wandering the property alot. The only good thing is the staff is not on a revolving door as it was for a long time. Everyone working here deserves the highest praise with the exception of Debby. She is the weakest player on the team. We need to vote her off the island.
