They have no problem leasing you an apartment that smells like a dead body!!!
Found out about 2 months after moving in that the previous tenant had past away
inside my apartment, the body went undiscovered for about 3-4 weeks. Texas heat in
July-August, you can guess what happens to a body. There was an odd smell when i moved in, which was in Sept., just could never get rid of it, found out from a neighbor what it was. The only thing that the office had to say when i asked why was
"we have a business to run and needed to lease the apartment". I just think that they could have waited long before leasing the place, they all new the smell was still there. My suggestion is to look else where for an apt. Theres alot of new and less expensive places out there.
