You can do better...

This complex is a series of compromises and proof positive of the old adage, you get what you pay for. The rates are fairly inexpensive, but that?s because they?re peddling older, poorly maintained buildings. This is demonstrated upon receipt of your hefty electric bill, only to discover that either you have a gaping hole in your living room wall, are powering Guam, or there is a serious lack of insulation, caulk and quality maintenance in your unit.
The staff can be courteous and even pleasant if they so choose. This decision, however, does remain theirs, and that is apparent when making requests for maintenance. More often than not, the staff seems less than concerned about your request, and makes no effort to conceal the fact that follow-up lies completely on your shoulders. Be prepared to place the office on speed dial until your faucet is repaired or window replaced.
The amenities at this complex do merit praise. The grounds are aesthetically pleasing and well-maintained, and parking is not horrific either. The pools are inviting, and the fitness facility is adequate.
Unfortunately, the renting experience is not comprised of these minutiae alone, and ultimately I cannot recommend this community.
