Why do people waste their time being rude on a website. There will be bad expierences from time to time,things won?t go your way, that?s life. Poor you for not investigating a place before making a decision. Sales people just do what they are supposed to do, sell a product. Poor you for not being able to afford a truly upscale home or apt. This town has plenty afterall.

Our society has better things requiring attention and help rather than putting down or for that matter gloating on an apt. community. Further more, I am not from Texas, but what I found is Texans are spoiled especially from the ages of 20-30 and nearsighted, never having lived in apt. homes in other parts of the country over 50 years old where rent is very high, like NY, CA etc. Get a life, and use the web for better purposes.

Balcones Woods is an okay place to live. Yes, the electric bills can be high or maintenance slow at times, but there is no perfect Idaho in service, welcome to the 21st Century. I feel sorry for the staff putting up with whiny babies like those who posted their pompus, self-deserving attitudes on this web-site.
