It's sad that this place is still operating and people are blinded by the nicely kept grounds. I too had the unfortunate chance to live at these projects and ran into the same exact problems that IMAX did except that I didn't get notifcation of any pet/lease violation until after I moved out. They kept my deposit and asked for a pet deposit after I moved out claiming they had documentation and pictures of pets in our apartment. What's funny is how none of this was made aware to us until after we moved out.

The air conditioning never worked properely and our electric bills were outrageous not to mention the extremely high water bills.

The staff is rude and the turnover in the office is so bad that you never know the office staff and they never know what's going on.

Overall you are better off renting somewhere else.
