Balcones Woods Apts is an older complex, with nice surroundings-lots of trees, two pools & plenty of parking space, in an excellent location. The floorplans are really nice.
The management is really nice, courteous & ready to help. Maintainence is good. The staff at Balcones is responsive & prompt! There seem to be some negative reviews abt this place. Most apt complex' have problems.
A suggestion- if you are a tenant here, just call the office & let them know, they're pretty good abt fixing stuff etc. Ive been a tenant here for 2-3 years. The current management has REALLY made a difference.
