not that bad!!

Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2004
 
I've lived at Balcones for 2 years, and I have found that it has been better than most places that I have rented before. Although the place is older, the grounds are kept really nice. The maintenance staff is responsive (getting better than they used to be) and there is a new management team that is better than the last people. They always handle my complaints with a smile and in a timely way. I've got great neighbors too!
