The apartments were always full of bugs/termites. Maintence, rarely would something be fixed without numerous calls. And move out, they told me no pet deposit was required (indicated not required on the lease), but then when I moved out they charged me a pet deposit over $300 and told me they would turn it in to collections. Because I was moving out of the area I couldn't fight it and was out the money. Don't trust these people, yes its cheaper, but its cheaper.
