the problems i have experienced pertain mostly to water. last winter i went without hot water for 5 days straight because one of the maintenance crew had no idea how to fix the problem and chose to ignore it instead of asking his supervisor. however, his supervisor, Leonard, was quick to resolve the issue once he found out about it, and can always be relied upon. one time, one of the leasing agents misplaced my rent check and i was accused of not paying my rent. the manager finally found it and simply said it was in a place it shouldn't have been. '' that really irked me, because i have never even been late with the rent once and am a long-term resident. you'd think they'd have a little more respect considering my track record before accusing me. since those issues, however, i haven't experienced any further problems.
