I lived here for over a year and was not pleased with either the apartment complex or management.

When I moved in the units had a new coat of paint and I did not ask how old they were.After moving into my unit I noticed that the beams holding up the balcony had been infested with termites and there was a big crack in the balcony,and so I was leary of spending time out there.

Inside the apartment there were always insects.After each complaint the bug guy came in and sprayed the walls and corners.But in a week the roaches,ants,gnats and what nots were back.

Fixtures were constantly breaking down and I beleive it was due to the age. Each complaint was followed up fairly quickly
until the management changed. After that change ,service became sloppy.

The flush/float system broke in the toilet one day and water kept flowing through to the toilet.The valve at the bottom could not be closed since the valves were probably as old as the units and stuck. I called the office 3 times and no one ever came over.Their excuse was that all service personel were busy. Well I finally went to the office and told them if it was not fixed they were paying my water bill for that month and they sent someone over in 2 hrs.

The water bills/units utilized seemed high for an apartment of my size.I called the billing company for water and they told me they just billed what the apt office sent them.They tried to convince me that the units used were normal for an apt of my size. When i would not buy that and told them how many units I had used in previous apts they sent someone out to veryify the meters.They called me back and said it was an error in meter reading and billed me $15.00 instead of $65.00 .

The electric bills were always high and I did notice the doors and windows were not sealed well.Either the weather sealants were cracked,broken or missing.The result was that the heater had to be on all winter or the air conditioner all summer long.


The swimming pools were not cleaned often,there was always leaves,twigs and small debris at the bottom of the pool.

The sidewalk were uneven and had huge cracks.And there were big pot holes in the parking lots.


When I moved out I did put some effort into cleaning the apartment ,bathrooms and Kitchen. But they did try to get as much as possible from my deposit.
I had asked them to give me a call before inspecting it so that I could do the walk through with them .But they just sent me a bill.
I had to go back and argue with them over stuff. I mean they tried to charge me for stuff that was broken or cracked due to ware and tear,I mean these apts are over 30 years old !

I would not stay there any more or recommend any of my friends there.

They might have low or cheap prices,but remember , whats cheap does not turn out to be cheap in the long run.
