Overall, living in this complex is not bad. But after seducing you into their complex by offering some move-in specials, they will increase your monthly rent by 10 or more dollars when you renew your lease. They knew you would not move out for such a small amount. But you just felt you were fallen into their trap at the very beginning. Also your deposit will be gone when you move out. If you move out, it generally costs you around $250 no matter how clean your apartment is. If your deposit is less than $250, most likely you will receive a threatening mail, which says either paying whatever amount you are owing to them, or waiting for collection agent to contact you. Anyway you will feel you ate a lot of flys.
